Whole Kids Learning Hub

Better training. Better care.

The Whole Kids Learning Hub is a professional education space created by the team at Whole Kids Health, a community clinic built around a simple but underserved idea: that children's mental and physical health can't always be separated, and that the clinicians supporting them deserve training that reflects that reality.

Our first workshops and seminars are here. Built for clinicians who regularly encounter the overlap and want a clearer framework for it.

Professional learning at the intersection of physical and mental health.

For Clinicians Who See the Whole Child.

Wherever you work, if you support kids and teens, this was built with you in mind.

What Sets the Hub Apart.

Our Story

The Learning Hub didn't start as a strategy. It started as a need that kept showing up.

Dr. Stella Dentakos founded Whole Kids Health after years at the Hospital for Sick Children and in community practice, where she saw the same gap again and again: families navigating the intersection of mental and physical health with very few clinicians equipped to support them. She built the clinic to start closing that gap, bringing pediatric health psychology out of hospital settings and into the communities where families actually live.

As the clinic grew, so did something she hadn't entirely planned for. Other clinicians wanted to learn. Physicians, school teams, allied health providers. People seeing the overlap every day and needing a framework for it. She started teaching. First within the clinic, then beyond it.

The Learning Hub is where that teaching found a home. Because the fastest way to reach more families wasn't to see more patients. It was to train more clinicians.
