Meaghan approaches her clinical work from a biopsychosocial lens. She understands that a client’s needs must be addressed in the context of their family system, while acknowledging their cognitive, psychological, biological, and social strengths and risk factors. With training in Health Psychology, she also considers how physical and mental health influence each other when understanding and supporting a client’s needs. She believes this is essential to providing comprehensive care.
