How Elea helps
Elea helps keep the day-to-day operations of the clinic running smoothly, from coordinating schedules and supporting the administrative team to helping families navigate their experience with the practice. She works closely with the clinic team behind the scenes to keep communication, organization, and systems running well, so families feel supported throughout their time at Whole Kids Health.
She wants every family she interacts with to feel genuinely heard. For Elea, it matters that families know they are speaking with someone who truly cares, who will take the time to listen, and who is there to make things feel a little easier. She hopes every interaction leaves families feeling reassured, understood, and confident that they are in caring hands.

A path shaped by care for families.
Before joining Whole Kids Health, Elea worked as an Optometric Assistant, where she saw firsthand how much a thoughtful, supportive experience shapes the way people feel when seeking care. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University, where an interest in family dynamics and systems deepened her understanding of how closely a person's wellbeing is tied to their relationships and environment.
That perspective is what drew her to Whole Kids Health and its approach to care, one that recognizes children do not exist in isolation but are shaped by their families, relationships, and surroundings. She was drawn to being part of a team that looks at the whole picture and works together to support children and their families.
Outside of work, Elea loves going to the gym and spending time in nature. Above all, her family is what matters most to her.
Every family deserves to feel welcomed and understood from the very first hello. That is what I hope to give them.
