Individual Therapy
Children and adolescents face unique challenges as they grow and develop. Individual therapy provides a safe, supportive space where they can explore their feelings, build coping skills, and develop healthy ways of managing stress, anxiety, depression, or the psychological effects of physical health concerns. Group Therapy
